Training with Josh has been an incredibly positive experience. For over a decade, I dreamt of running a marathon but felt held back, first by the time commitment, then by the challenge of balancing training with a demanding career. When my daughter was born, that goal felt even further out of reach.


Josh changed that.


His coaching gave me the confidence to finally take the first serious steps toward this long-held ambition. A few months in, I not only feel fitter, I genuinely look forward to building the weekly kilometres. The training plan is detailed, personalised, and completely takes the mental load off. I don’t have to overthink, I just follow the sessions and trust the process.

Josh‘s coaching took my running to a completely new level.

Breaking 3 hours in the marathon had always felt like a big dream to me. After struggling on my own, Josh helped me bring structure and clarity in my training and gave me the confidence to trust in my own ability.

With his support, I ended up running a 2:51 marathon, smashing the 3-hour mark by a long way, something I honestly never thought I’d achieve.

He showed me that you don’t need to go to extremes to get there, and that with clever, well planned training you can achieve a lot in running even with a full-time job. He knows how to adjust the training to whatever is going on in your life.

Josh trains at an incredibly high level himself and has a wealth of experience, which he shares generously and honestly.
